Triple Crown Fairways is a tour operator specializing in bespoke, private golf travel experiences.

2. Scope of Services
We design and operate custom-made private golf tours, which may include:

• Accommodation
• Tee times & golf-related services
• Ground transport
• Concierge support
• Guided services
• Additional hospitality experiences

Itinerary tailored to individual groups are confirmed in writing before booking.
 
3. Booking & Contract Formation
A booking becomes binding when all of the following have occurred:

1. The traveler (“Client”) accepts the written itinerary and price proposal
2. These Terms & Conditions are accepted
3. A deposit invoice is paid

Upon receipt, a binding travel contract is formed.
 
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Prices
All prices are quoted per person, unless otherwise stated, and may vary based on final itinerary, availability, and seasonal factors.
4.2 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposit: 30% of the total journey price due upon booking
• Final Balance: 70% due no later than 45 days prior to departure

 
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept:

• Credit / debit cards (via Stripe)
• Bank transfer (SEPA / international)

For high-value bookings, we reserve the right to request bank transfer for the final balance.
 
5. Cancellation Policy (Client)
Due to the bespoke nature of our tours, the following cancellation terms apply:

89–46 days before departure
50% of total price
45 days or fewer before departure
100% of total price
Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.
Cancellation must be made in writing.
 
6. Changes by Client

• Requests for itinerary changes after confirmation are subject to:
  • Availability
  • Supplier terms
  • Additional costs
• We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated.

 
7. Changes or Cancellation by Us
If we must make significant changes or cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, supplier failure, safety concerns):

• We will offer:
  • An alternative tour of equal value, or
  • A refund of amounts paid excluding unrecoverable third‑party costs

 
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include:

• Trip cancellation & interruption
• Medical coverage
• Personal liability
• Golf equipment insurance

Proof may be requested prior to departure.
 
9. Travel Documents & Fitness to Travel
Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passports & visas
• Compliance with local regulations
• Physical fitness suitable for golf travel

We reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety concerns arise.
 
10. Liability & Responsibility
Triple Crown Fairways acts as a tour organizer and arranger. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of independent suppliers
• Weather conditions
• Flight disruptions
• Government actions
• Personal property loss

Our liability shall not exceed the total tour price paid.
 
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Strikes
• War or terrorism
• Epidemics
• Government restrictions

 
12. Golf-Specific Terms

• Tee times are subject to local club rules and availability
• Handicaps and dress codes must be respected
• Clubs may be shared, rented, or transported depending on itinerary specifics

 
13. Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise stated in writing, we may use non-identifiable photographs taken during journey for marketing purposes.
 
14. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Details are outlined in our separate Privacy Policy.
 
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana.
 
16. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with Triple Crown Fairways, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
