We strongly recommend bringing your own set for the best possible experience and consistency. Most of our American guests do so.
If you prefer to travel light, we can arrange premium fitted rental clubs (Titleist, Callaway, or Ping) at each course. Please indicate your preference when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Groups are intentionally kept small — typically 4 to 8 guests — to ensure a truly private, personalized, and high-end experience. We recommend you choose who to include in your group with care and deliberation as the dynamic of small groups are even at a higher stakes while travelling to retaing the rhythm and good disposition.
We are absouley be open to larger groups as well but please book a consultancy call and we will take it from there.
- 91 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a €500 administration fee per person
- 61–90 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price
- 31–60 days before departure: 60% of the total tour price
- 30 days or fewer before departure, or no-show: No refund
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of golf equipment.
Yes. Every transfer is private. You will never share a vehicle with other groups. Our drivers are professional, English-speaking, and experienced with golf bag handling and cross-border logistics.
Absolutely. While the Signature itinerary is carefully curated, we offer meaningful customization in the Prestige and Bespoke tiers (e.g., additional spa days, private caddies, helicopter transfers, or exclusive private dinners). Please contact us to discuss your preferences.
Standard golf etiquette applies: collared shirts, tailored trousers or shorts, and proper golf shoes (soft spikes preferred). Jeans, T-shirts, and athletic wear are not permitted on the courses. Specific dress code details for each club will be provided in your pre-trip information pack.
May and September offer pleasant temperatures (18–24°C / 64–75°F). June through August are warmer (24–30°C / 75–86°F). Evenings in Bled can be cooler. We recommend bringing light layers and rain gear as a precaution.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation or interruption, emergency medical care, baggage loss (including golf clubs), and travel delays. Insurance should be arranged at the time of booking.
Participants should be in good general health and able to walk the golf courses (carts are available). The tour includes light sightseeing and some walking in historic cities. If you have any specific mobility needs, please let us know so we can accommodate you appropriately.
