FAQ

A few things worth knowing

Every considered journey begins with a few practical questions. Below you will find clear, thoughtful answers to the details that matter most before travelling with us.

The Journey

Triple Crown Fairways is a private, founder-hosted golf passage through Vienna, Bled and Venice — three neighbouring destinations in Central Europe that remain remarkably unhurried. Over nine to ten days, guests play six rounds of premier golf while experiencing the cultural depth of imperial Vienna, alpine Bled and the Venetian lagoon. The journey is designed for discerning players who have already travelled extensively and are seeking something rarer than the established golf destinations.

Most established itineraries concentrate on a single country or a familiar coastal circuit. Triple Crown Fairways moves across three distinct European cultures in close succession, combining world-class golf with genuine discovery in a region that international golf tourism has largely overlooked. The experience remains private, founder-led, and deliberately limited in scale.

Who It Is For

For golfers with mid-to-low handicaps who have already played many of the world’s great courses and are still looking for something rare. Guests value depth over display, quiet excellence over spectacle, and a seamless, highly personal standard of travel.

Yes. The journey includes meaningful cultural and other local experiences, fine dining and free time in each destination. Non-playing partners are fully welcome and often find the journey equally rewarding.

International flights and personal travel insurance are not included.

Yes. A single-occupancy supplement applies. Details will be provided upon inquiry.

THE Triple Crown EXPERIENCE

Groups are intentionally kept small — typically six to eight guests — to preserve a private, unhurried atmosphere and allow genuine attention to each player.

We are absouley be open to larger groups as well but please book a consultancy call and we will take it from there.

Logistics & Travel

Yes. Every transfer is private. You will never share a vehicle with other groups. Our drivers are professional, English-speaking, and experienced with golf bag handling and cross-border logistics.

The Signature Journey follows a carefully composed route. Meaningful customisation is available for guests seeking additional experiences (private caddies, helicopter transfers, extended stays, or exclusive dinners and events). These are discussed individually.

May to June and August to October offer the most pleasant temperatures (approximately 18–24 °C / 64–75 °F) and quieter courses. Mid June through 15 August are warmer. We travel primarily in the shoulder seasons to maintain the sense of space and calm that defines the experience.

On the Course

We strongly recommend bringing your own set for consistency and comfort. Most of our American guests do so. Premium rental clubs (Titleist, Callaway or Ping) can be arranged at each course if preferred — simply advise us at the time of booking.

Standard golf attire applies: collared shirts, tailored trousers or shorts, and soft-spike golf shoes. Jeans, T-shirts, and athletic wear are not permitted on the courses. Specific dress code details for each club will be provided in your pre-departure information pack.

The core itinerary includes Fontana Golf Club (Austria), Royal Bled Golf Course (Slovenia — two rounds), and courses in the Venice region (Lido and Lignano). Exact pairings may vary slightly by departure while maintaining the same standard.

Practical Details

Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage (including golf clubs) and delays is strongly recommended and should be arranged at the time of booking.

Participants should be in good general health and able to walk the golf courses (carts are available). The tour includes light sightseeing and some walking in historic cities. If you have any specific mobility needs, please let us know so we can accommodate you appropriately.

Please inform us at the time consultation call. Our team works closely with the hotels and restaurants to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies whenever possible.
